2 "HM-WB400" warm mix advantage

(1) less volume, good effect

1 application profiles

3 "HM-WB400" warm mix asphalt and its concrete production process
"HM-WB400" warm mix asphalt and its mixture production method is very simple, and ordinary asphalt and its mixture is the same, the following two ways are available:
(1) wet method
Directly into the "HM-WB400" into the asphalt and mix evenly (temperature is not less than 130 degrees Celsius, with 140 to 170 degrees C), no special equipment. Note, in addition, the "HM-WB400" can not be a one-time total investment, according to the proportion of the total weight of the calculated, divided into multiple sides of the mixing, to be evenly dispersed dissolved, then stir 30 to 60 minutes.
(2) dry method

4 "HM-WB400" warm mix asphalt concrete construction technology
(1) the spread of "HM-WB400" warm mix asphalt
The paving process of "HM-WB400" warm mix asphalt is the same as that of common asphalt mixture, but the paving temperature can be 20 to 40 lower than that of the ordinary asphalt mixture.
(2) rolling of "HM-WB400" warm mix asphalt concrete
The "HM-WB400" of warm mix asphalt concrete rolling temperature can be lower than the ordinary asphalt concrete 20 ~ 40 DEG C, initial pressure temperature can be appropriately reduced, the number of rolling can be reduced properly to prevent undervoltage and overvoltage, the rolling requirements can refer to the following table, the specific rolling process should be determined according to the results of the test section construction;
The paver should be cooled to ambient temperature and can be re open to traffic.

表5是SBS改性沥青混合料在相同级配和油石比的条件下,在最佳击实温度下的混合料各项性能。采用AC-13级配成型沥青混合料试验表明,压实度满足规范要求大于94%的规定,空隙率降到规范要求之内的4.5%时,添加占沥青混合料质量0.3%HM-WB400温拌剂的样品的最佳击实温度仅为130℃,较未添加温拌剂的最佳击实温度降低了35℃;而“HM-WB400”温拌沥青混合料优异的低温性能及渗水系数,更充分体现出相对于其它温拌剂的巨大优势。
四、“HM-WB400”的包装及储存方法
1. “HM-WB400”温拌剂的包装、储存方法
“HM-WB400”包装为25kg/袋,常温、干燥条件下可长期保存。
2. “HM-WB400”成品温拌沥青的储存方法
“HM-WB400”温拌沥青不易离析,因此可以在常温条件下不添加任何助剂而放置30天;再次使用时,须加热溶化后搅拌30~60分钟。
